We use Royal Mail or another courier service as standard for UK orders. Orders should reach you within 3-5 working days from when you place your orders. This service covers mainland UK, Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight which will take 3 - 5 Days to deliver.
For central Edinburgh orders, we use FARR OUT deliveries in an effort to be as eco as possible. They provide a zero emission delivery service using cargo bikes, see more information on their website
Express Shipping 1-2 working days

Orders placed for express service Mon-Fri will ship out the next day and will arrive within two working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Saturday delivery may not always be available. As this service is not guaranteed, we are not able to refund delivery costs in the event the delivery date falls outside of the provided estimate.

We offer standard international delivery that can take up to 15 working days to arrive. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, due to circumstances out of our control. We are not able to refund delivery costs in the event the delivery date falls outside of the provided estimates. Working days are Monday to Friday.
Deliveries may not be made on a Saturday or Sunday in some countries.
Brexit has severely impacted the delivery times from the UK to the EU, please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive until the situation has been smoothed out.
Very important: International buyers are responsible for import tax and custom duty.
We always aim to process you order within one working day.
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com if you would like to return an item as soon as possible and we will provide you with the returns address. You have a total of 15 days from receiving the item to return it to us and the return postage costs must be covered by you.
We do not accept returns on clearance items.
Please note, all returned items must be unworn. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility.
We aim to process your return within 5 working days of your goods being delivered to us (excluding weekends and bank holidays) though this may rise slightly during busier times, Sale, Christmas etc.
Once we have received your returned goods, we will send you an email once your refund has been processed.
Faulty or incorrect items
If there is any problem with your order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number with any item you return. It's also useful to include the date of purchase and a brief description of the damage or defect.
Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.
If you would like to exchange an item the best thing you can do is place a new order for the new item you want and then return the items you don't want for a full refund. Please note the return postage costs must be covered by you.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on international orders at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Non returnable items
In the interests of hygiene, make-up and toiletries, swimwear, intimate apparel and pierced earrings cannot be returned.
We also do not accept returns on clearance items.
